Our working day starts at 8.30 – yet before the visitors attend the exhibition centre (the opening time for them is 9.30) our exhibitors have to get stronger with a cup of coffee: every day our hostesses prepare hundreds of them!

Within next hours we hold numerous conversations promoting Polish cosmetic industry. We give all the information in a few languages to those buyers who are looking for Polish producers, lead them to the stand they seek and provide translation service.

All the time our hostesses distribute bags containing catalogues and cosmetics provided by our exhibitors.

We do not forget about journalists: in the Press Centre we monitor all the time the access to the materials promoting Poland as a partner country of Cosmoprof 2016 and showing the strenght of Polish cosmetic branch. All of the journalists obtain our bags with catalogues and cosmetic samples.

We hold conversations with the fair authorities, highlighting how strong the representation of Polish exhibitors at Cosmoprof is this year. We also try to negotiate the best location and conditions for our exhibitors during the next year edition.

The working day finishes at 18.30 – those who want to get to the centre of Bologne already know that the most convenient way to do this is to get a Polish bus, which stops by the exhibition centre (the main entrance in front of Piazza Constituzione). Always smiling Filippo will take all of the passengers to Bologna Centrale station and get back for the next group. Our hostess will hand to you information leaflets and invite to meet at Bologna Centrale station the following day at 9.00.
